MOQ depends on structure, material, and customization requirements.
Typical MOQ:
- Acetate frames: around 300 pcs per model
- Metal frames: around 300 pcs per model
- Injection: 300–600 pcs per model
Q5. Can I customize logo and packaging?
Yes. We support logo customization on temples, lenses, and packaging.
We also provide custom cases, cloths, boxes, and labels.
Sampling & Development
Q6. Can you develop eyewear based on our design?
Yes. We support OEM & ODM development based on sketches, samples, or technical drawings.
We also help evaluate structure and production feasibility before sampling.
Q7. How long does sampling take?
Sampling usually takes 7–20 days depending on complexity and materials.
Materials & Quality
Q8. What materials do you use?
We use acetate, stainless steel, titanium, TR90, and combination materials.
Q9. Do you use Mazzucchelli acetate?
Yes, we offer Mazzucchelli acetate for premium eyewear projects.
Q10. How do you ensure quality?
Quality control is applied at every production stage.
Including material inspection, hinge testing, logo alignment, and final packaging check.
Q11. Will mass production match samples?
Yes. Production follows approved samples and confirmed specifications.
We ensure consistency in color, structure, and finishing.
Production & Lead Time
Q12. What is production lead time?
Production time is 35–60 days after sample approval depending on order complexity.
Usually, our in-stock goods can be delivered within 7 to 15 days after the confirmation of the samples.
Q13. Do you support repeat orders?
Yes. We support repeat production for long-term brand cooperation.
Q14. Do you provide production updates?
We offer 24-hour customer response and can provide you with regular updates on the production progress at any time.
Packaging & Shipping
Q15. Can you customize packaging?
Yes. We provide full packaging customization including cases, cloths, boxes, and labels.
Q16. Which shipping methods do you support?
We support express, air freight, and sea freight depending on requirements. For example, DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.
Under normal circumstances, your goods will arrive within 3 to 5 days by express delivery, 7 to 12 days by air freight, and 25 to 60 days by sea freight.
We will contact the logistics department as soon as possible to deliver the goods to you.
