How Every Frame Is Made

Every project starts with expert engineering and rigorous material selection. We optimize designs, dimensions, and processes to minimize risk while conditioning top-tier acetate (e.g., Mazzucchelli, Jinliang) to prevent deformation—ensuring superior quality, efficient production, and lasting dimensional stability.

Before machining, acetate sheets are conditioned under controlled temperature to release internal stress. This process significantly reduces the risk of deformation, warping, or cracking during production and long-term use, while precision cutting maximizes material consistency.

Advanced CNC machining accurately shapes every frame according to the approved design. Strict dimensional control ensures exceptional consistency, precise contours, and faithful reproduction of every detail across the entire production run.

Each frame undergoes multiple stages of tumbling and polishing for approximately 7–20 days. This gradual finishing process removes machining marks, rounds every edge, and creates the deep gloss, smooth touch, and premium appearance expected from high-end acetate eyewear.

Every frame passes through multiple quality inspections during production and a final comprehensive inspection before shipment. Continuous QC monitoring allows potential deviations to be identified and corrected early, ensuring consistent quality, reliable lead times, and products that fully meet international shipping standards.
