After sample approval, production begins.
Depending on the material, acetate sheets may undergo conditioning and stabilization before processing, while TR90 and metal eyewear components move through their respective manufacturing procedures. Production stages may include material preparation, cutting, injection molding, CNC machining, polishing, assembly, lens fitting, and surface finishing.
Each production stage is reviewed before proceeding to the next process. This systematic approach allows potential issues to be identified early, helping maintain consistency, efficiency, and premium product quality throughout the entire eyewear manufacturing process.
