Production & Lead Time
Q12. What is production lead time?
Production time is 35–60 days after sample approval depending on order complexity.
Usually, our in-stock goods can be delivered within 7 to 15 days after the confirmation of the samples.

Q14. Do you provide production updates?
We offer 24-hour customer response and can provide you with regular updates on the production progress at any time.
Packaging & Shipping

Yes. We provide full packaging customization including cases, cloths, boxes, and labels.
Q16. Which shipping methods do you support?
We support express, air freight, and sea freight depending on requirements. For example, DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.
Under normal circumstances, your goods will arrive within 3 to 5 days by express delivery, 7 to 12 days by air freight, and 25 to 60 days by sea freight.
We will contact the logistics department as soon as possible to deliver the goods to you.
